SAMPLE POLICY:

PICTURE FRAME MOULDINGS: Single 3" samples and Catalogs are complimentary. In the finished LINE, a complete set of LINE samples will be sent upon receipt of $25.00. This fee will be refunded with the initial order. Corner samples are available from LINE distributors. In the raw LINE, two-foot samples of moulding (for self made corners) from the Stocked Raw Selections are available at cost, but will be credited to your account on the second order

ARCHITECTURAL MOULDINGS: Single 3” samples and information folder are complimentary. If requested, PB&H can provide a collection of component and room samples that illustrate our embossing and mill capacities. To date, these mouldings are manufactured on a custom basis, and are not stocked items.

PURCHASING POLICY
Catalog and chip samples are available to everyone. However, PB&H Moulding Co. is a manufacturer, selling to the wholesale trade. All New York State customers are required to have a resale tax number, and it is preferred that out-of-state customers provide one.

A minimum of 100 feet finished LINE picture frame moulding may be ordered, with 300 feet or more manufactured to order. Volume discounts of the LINE are available. Lesser amounts and chops are available from Distributors.

Architectural moulding may be ordered in any length.  However, requests for less than 100 feet will have a knife and set-up charge added to the cost of the moulding.

TERMS
PB&H accepts Master Card, Visa and Discover for immediate purchase. After credit is arranged, the net amount is due in thirty days, with 1-1/2% per month interest added at 60 days.

CUSTOM MOULDINGS
Moulding can be manufactured to specification, based on drawing or sample. Fax, e-mail or send for a quotation request. (There is no charge for this service.)

NEW ACCOUNTS
Credit may be established by providing three trade references and a bank reference. Before credit has been completed, a 50% deposit at the time of initial purchase will secure the order, with the balance paid before delivery. UPS-COD shipments are acceptable.

FREIGHT
Most shipments are via common carrier and are F.O.B. from Syracuse freight collect. We will ship UPS requests with shipping charges added to the invoice. Carton length is limited to 8 feet via UPS. In lieu of truck C.O.D. shipments, we prefer PRO FORMA invoice (paid prior to shipment). All freight damage claims must be handled between the carrier and you. We request UPS inspect damage at your business location.
